Supervised (Home) Visits 

Conducted by: Abigail Sinclair, LMSW

Base Hourly Rate  -  $100/hr

This includes basic notes, confirmation of home visit, duration, location, who was in attendance, and a brief overview of activities.

Additional Notes

 

• Mental Status Exam  -  $10/ Exam

A mental status exam assesses cognitive functioning and behavior, including appearance, consciousness, mood, thought processes, and cognitive & insight abilities, of a person at a given time.

​

• Parent & Child Interaction Notes  -  $30 Parent & 1 child

+ $10 for each additional child

In addition to the basic notes and mental status exam, the parent & child interaction notes included observations on the behaviors & interactions of both the parent and the child throughout the entire home visit.

Additional Services

• Testifying  -  $200/hr

Testifying is billed in 4-hour blocks, including preparation for testimony. A subpoena is required for testimony.
